Definitely the best cozy mystery title pun I’ve seen in a while…. AMAZING! Terrible and wonderful yes yes yes.
Got this bag at the B&T publisher presentations this week. It’s true, on occasion I do!
Lovely addition to these vintage ads for libraries and reading.
This cat knows what’s up, and you can see he’s got Plans.
Moomin Gallery: A Tale of Two Families (2009) featuring the work of Tove Jansson.
I picked this up at Kinokuniya in San Francisco a few years ago. It’s all in Japanese, but has a lot her work, a lot side by side illustrations, and a few rare photos, including a pretty awesome one of her with her cat.
This book looks like a great collection of things, and these photos are lovely to boot! Sharin’ a little Moomin love this Friday morning :)

Aw yeah crafting! I’m excited to announce that my work has been included in an awesome new needle felting project book from Lark Crafts and Amanda Carestio, Wee Felt Worlds: Sweet Little Scenes to Needle Felt.
A few new things from the used bookstore. Adding to my NYRB and Bloomsbury Group collections!
Comics! Guys this is getting out of control prolly I should pick them up more often.
So excited to read Iron Hearted Violet from Kelly Barnhill!
Today I had to sort through these bins of stuff from my teen/college times and holy moley!
Wish all of these things were in my life right now.

At some point I am going to get around to typing out all my favourite quotes I’ve come across and putting them on my wall. Because words and typography are both nice things.
